Personal Coaching Packages
This coaching process addresses specific personal projects, focusing on the general conditions & transitions in the client's personal life, relationships or profession.
The objectives are to:
• Examine what is going on in your life, right now.
• Discover the obstacles and challenges with the aim of choosing a suitable action plan.
• Finding the balance between life and work/career.
• Complimentary introductory meeting or session.
• Each session is a minimum of 60 minutes.
• A minimum of 5 sessions is recommended thereafter reflect on the relationship and progression.

Packages are designed to suit the needs of the company, management and evolving teams.
Training & Coaching Packages
Combination of Personal Coaching with Personal Training: “A healthy mind and heart”
This is a new approach to meet, move and chat.
A client can exercise while receiving personal coaching.
As these are physically active sessions a minimum of 1 hour per week is required.
Sessions are ideally performed ‘outdoors’ with an emphasis on appreciating the environment.

Each journey is unique. Together we can select a package to suit the team, project, individual or organisation. This includes the flexibility of venue’s and activities for each session.
The use of social media, e.g. Skype, can be an alternative method for communication/sessions when required.
